Returns & Refunds policy

Since CDL2CEO provides digital products (eBooks, toolkits, and online courses), all sales are considered final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered (download link or course access granted), it cannot be returned.

eBooks & Toolkits

  • Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

  • If you experience any issue accessing your file, contact us at mle.ceo@edmondstransport.com within 7 days and we will assist you.

Online Courses (Masterclass)

  • We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • If you are unsatisfied and have not completed more than 20% of the course content, you may request a refund by emailing us at mle.ceo@edmondstransport.com.

  • After 7 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
