Since CDL2CEO provides digital products (eBooks, toolkits, and online courses), all sales are considered final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered (download link or course access granted), it cannot be returned.
eBooks & Toolkits
Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience any issue accessing your file, contact us at mle.ceo@edmondstransport.com within 7 days and we will assist you.
Online Courses (Masterclass)
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you are unsatisfied and have not completed more than 20% of the course content, you may request a refund by emailing us at mle.ceo@edmondstransport.com.
After 7 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
